General Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the rbaje platform and all its services. When you register an account on rbaje, use the services, or take part in any game or betting activity, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and accepted these Terms.

rbaje reserves the right to amend, update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued access to or use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be taken as the user's automatic acceptance of those changes.

1.1 Age Requirement

The minimum age to open an account on rbaje and take part in any betting or casino activity is 21 years. Until age is verified, an account may not be fully active and withdrawal may be on hold. If a person registers by providing a false age, rbaje reserves the right to close that account and forfeit the balance.

1.2 Geographic Restrictions

rbaje provides services to users in Bangladesh. Registration or use of services from certain regions or countries may be restricted. Users are themselves responsible for confirming that online betting and gaming is lawful from their location.

Account Registration and Verification

Providing accurate and complete information is required when creating an account on rbaje. Accounts created with false, incomplete or misleading information may be closed at any time.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address or personal details is strictly prohibited. Breaking this rule may result in all accounts being closed and any balances in them being forfeited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

rbaje may at any time request a national identity card, passport or other government-issued document to verify a user's identity. Withdrawal may be on hold until the verification process is complete. If a user does not submit documents, or the documents submitted are not valid, the account may be closed temporarily or permanently.

2.3 Account Security

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited. Any unauthorised access to the account must be reported to rbaje support immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

Financial transactions on rbaje are handled through secure and reliable channels. The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals.

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Accepted payment methods on rbaje are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). The correct reference number must be provided at the time of deposit — rbaje will not be responsible for any delay caused by incorrect information.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour of the request. Withdrawals will only be approved to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless rbaje has given separate approval. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until account verification is complete.

3.3 Suspicious Transactions

rbaje reserves the right to investigate any suspicious financial activity. If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the relevant account may be suspended and the relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All terms relating to rbaje bonuses and promotions are described in this section. Accepting a bonus means fully accepting the related wagering and other conditions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; before this bonus can be withdrawn, a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be met. This bonus is not cash and cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from the bonus may be withdrawn after the required wagering is completed.

4.2 Other Promotions

rbaje offers a number of promotional offers including a weekly reload bonus, slots adventure bonus, cricket bonus, birthday reward and refer-a-friend bonus. Each offer has its own wagering conditions, minimum deposit and validity period. These conditions should be read carefully before accepting any offer.

4.3 Bonus Misuse

If any attempt is made to fraudulently or strategically misuse bonus benefits — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or placing bets outside the specified conditions — rbaje reserves the right to cancel that bonus and close the relevant account.

Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to sports betting, casino games and other gaming activities on rbaje.

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, if a match or event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet may be refunded, as determined by the relevant rules. In the case of a multi-bet, if one selection is cancelled, it may be recalculated using the remaining selections without that leg.

5.2 Odds Changes

rbaje reserves the right to change odds at any time. However, once a bet has been accepted, the odds at that moment are final and will not be affected by any subsequent change.

5.3 Technical Errors

rbaje reserves the right to correct any odds or game results displayed incorrectly due to software or hardware errors. Claims for compensation in such situations will not be accepted.

VIP Program and Cashback

rbaje's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback on the week's net losses.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback on the week's net losses.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback on the week's net losses.

For example: a Silver member who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive up to ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. Cashback is calculated once per week and is given based only on that week's net losses. Moving from one tier to a higher tier depends on the user's gaming activity.

The specific conditions for cashback eligibility and VIP tier changes are set by rbaje and may be changed at any time.

Responsible Gaming Policy

rbaje believes that gambling or betting should be for entertainment purposes only. We encourage our users to follow the responsible gaming guidelines. If any user feels that gaming is having a negative effect on their life, they may request to set their own deposit limits or take a temporary break.

If rbaje considers that a user is showing signs of addiction, it reserves the right to temporarily impose restrictions on that account. If information is received about any person under 21 years of age having an account, it will be closed immediately.

Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content on the rbaje platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of rbaje or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution or use of any of these elements for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.

Before sharing or publishing any content while using the rbaje platform, users must ensure it does not infringe the intellectual property of any third party.

Privacy and Data Protection

How rbaje collects, stores and uses users' personal information is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. By creating an account, the user consents to data processing in accordance with that policy.

rbaje does not share user information with third parties without the user's consent, but information may be provided to the relevant authorities in cases of legal obligation or fraud investigation.

Account Closure and Termination

10.1 Closure at the User's Request

If a user wishes to close their own account, they may contact rbaje support. Any pending withdrawal requests or bonus conditions must be completed before the account is closed.

10.2 Closure by rbaje

rbaje may close an account temporarily or permanently at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Providing false or forged information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Misusing the bonus policy.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Attempting to harm other users or the platform.
• Breaching any part of these Terms.

In such cases, rbaje reserves the right to forfeit any balance in the account.

Limitation of Liability

rbaje will not under any circumstances be liable for indirect or incidental losses suffered by users. This includes losses caused by internet disconnection, problems caused by third parties, or financial loss resulting from technical errors. rbaje makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, but no claim for compensation may be made in the event of any service disruption.
